All services provided by Noel Communications are based on contract lengths of one, three or five years. The customer's specific needs are taken into consideration when establishing the terms and conditions that fit the customer's profile.
Noel Communications has considerable experience and knowledge in making local connections to Noel Communications long-haul, point-to-point circuits. Often, Noel Communications will manage the customer's entire circuit by interfacing with the local telephone companies. We are willing to step back, however, if the customer would prefer to handle the local connections. For DS-3 and OCN products, Noel Communications may be able to provision connections by other means, such as 'last mile' microwave or 'last mile' fiber connections.
